Rustic White

Infused with the rich, tangy flavour of sourdough, our delicious Rustic White loaf is batch-baked for a soft yielding crust.

We only use the best ingredients in our loaves – including our best wheat flour, ground in our very own mills.

Rustic White makes a delicious soft sandwich or as an accompaniment to a hearty soup. It contains no artificial preservatives, and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

It seems the old ways really can be the best – the ideal place to store your bread and rolls is in a bread bin or at room temperature. Keeping bread in a refrigerator makes it stale faster so it’s probably best to avoid this except in very warm weather.
You can freeze all our delicious Allinson’s breads for up to 3 months so you can always eat some now and freeze the rest for later.

Waste not want not

Every year in the UK we throw away one third of all the food we buy – most of which could be eaten. Love Food Hate Waste is a campaign from WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme) that provides tasty recipes and top tips that helps us cut back on wasting food.
