It seems the old ways really can be the best – the ideal place to store your bread and rolls is in a bread bin or at room temperature. Keeping bread in a refrigerator makes it stale faster so it’s probably best to avoid this except in very warm weather.
You can freeze all our delicious Allinson’s breads for up to 3 months so you can always eat some now and freeze the rest for later.
