The Serious White with Sourdough
The serious baker
Thomas Allinson took his baking very seriously. He held that good ingredients and high standards would produce the finest bread, principles we still uphold today. It means we can ensure every single loaf lives up to our founder’s impeccably high standards. This white loaf is that extra bit special because it is baked with sourdough for a distinctive, full-flavoured white bread.
